We built Manchester Independent Mortgages around one idea: advice should start with what’s right for you, not what’s easiest for us. As an independent, FCA-regulated broker, we’re not tied to any one lender, so every recommendation is based on your circumstances, not a target.

We explain things in plain English, not jargon, and we stay with you from application through to completion, liaising with lenders, solicitors and estate agents so you don’t have to chase people yourself.
