When you’re ready to make an offer, being first in line is crucial. We’ll help you get there by obtaining an Agreement In Principle (AIP), which shows sellers you’re serious and ready to move quickly. This matters more than ever when demand is high.

Your offer has been accepted! We’ll request any documents required by the lender and handle the necessary work to secure your mortgage offer, keeping you updated throughout so you can focus on packing and preparing for the move.

Once the lender approves your documents, they’ll conduct a property valuation and issue your offer. Congratulations, your offer will then go to your solicitor, and we’ll help with the legal terms and keep you updated to meet your deadlines.

Congratulations, the property is now officially yours! We’ll check in with you annually to see how everything is going, and touch base again when it’s time to review your deal. If any friends or family could benefit from our services, we’d love to help them too.
